Dragon4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the dragon4d platform. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms set out herein.
Effective date: January 2026. These terms are subject to periodic review.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or using the services provided by dragon4d, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into this binding agreement. Access to the platform is restricted to individuals who meet these eligibility requirements.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the dragon4d platform. Users who continue to access the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed to have accepted those changes.
This platform is intended solely for users in jurisdictions where such services are permitted by law. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full features of the dragon4d platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Users are prohibited from sharing login credentials, selling their account, or transferring account ownership to any other party under any circumstances. Violation of this condition may result in permanent account suspension or closure.
3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
All dragon4d platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out below. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action:
- Using unauthorised automation tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerability within the system.
- Using your account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Distributing harmful or disruptive content, or infringing on the rights of others through the platform.
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation or making unauthorised use of another user's information.
Dragon4d reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account closure and notification to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the dragon4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. dragon4d is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment details submitted by the user.
Deposits credited to your account are final and non-reversible except under circumstances recognised by the platform's internal policies. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and eligibility requirements as stipulated from time to time.
Dragon4d reserves the right to suspend or decline any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful financial activity. In such cases, the associated funds may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation or until directed otherwise by the relevant authorities.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change without prior notice. Users are advised to refer to the payments section within the platform for the latest information.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
Limitation of Liability
Dragon4d makes no guarantees or warranties that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, dragon4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and other materials found on the dragon4d platform are the exclusive property of dragon4d and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without explicit written permission from dragon4d.
Account Suspension & Closure
Dragon4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for legitimate operational reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to claim any refund of funds associated with that breach.
Third-Party Links
The dragon4d platform may contain references to or information about third-party services. dragon4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and policies separately.
6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Information
Dragon4d reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
